Headcanon: Guinevere, Morgana, Isolde
May. 18th, 2015 11:08 amIn the beginning, there had been no females at Kingsman – the world of the Gentleman Spy had been a world populated by just that. Gentlemen. But sometime around the Great War, it came to the higher-ups’ attention that there were some places a woman could access more easily. And more than that, that people were more likely to let down their guard around a woman – allowing secrets to come forth more easily. So three new positions were created and the first three female agents were brought in: Guinevere, Morgana, and Isolde. And for nearly 60 years, those positions were the only three held by women. Until the late 70s when the current Guinevere put up a female as her candidate for the position of Agravaine.
However, though many of the positions now alternate between male and female, the positions of Guinevere, Morgana, and Isolde are always held by women. Always. It is a way to ensure that Kingsman always has at least some female agents on hand.
It is a legacy Juliet is proud to be a part of.
